Snowy River Caravans – Finance Terms and Conditions

Effective 1 August 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of finance enquiry services promoted as Snowy River Finance on the Snowy River Caravans website and in Snowy River Caravan dealerships.
  1. Legal Entity & Licensing Disclosure
    Snowy River Finance is a service offered by Snowy River Caravans Pty Ltd | ACN: 667 936 807, acting as a Credit Representative (No. 553842) of Viking Asset Aggregation Pty Ltd | ACN: 661 296 457 | Australian Credit Licence (ACL) 543046.We are not a lender and do not provide credit ourselves. All loan products and credit decisions are made by independent licensed credit providers.
  2. Nature of Finance Services
    Snowy River Finance is a credit assistance and referral service. When you submit an enquiry, your information is referred to an accredited finance broker or lender for the purpose of assessing your eligibility for finance.We do not:
    • Assess your creditworthiness;
    • Guarantee approval;
    • Provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

    You should seek independent advice before entering into any credit contract.

  3. Loan Example & Comparison Rate
    Advertised rates and repayments are indicative only. For example:
    A secured caravan loan of $30,000 over 84 months with a $5,000 deposit and 6.69% interest rate has a comparison rate of 8.30% p.a.

    WARNING: This comparison rate is true only for the example given and may not include all fees and charges. Different loan terms, amounts or personal circumstances will result in different comparison rates.

  4. Eligibility and Application
    Loan applications are subject to:
    • Credit assessment by the lender
    • Verification of identity and income
    • Responsible lending obligations
    • Minimum and maximum loan amounts based on asset type and applicant profile

    There is no guarantee of finance approval by submitting an enquiry.

  5. Fees and Charges
    Loan products arranged via Snowy River Finance may include:
    • Establishment fees
    • Monthly service or account-keeping fees
    • Early termination charges
    • Default or dishonour fees

    You will receive a full disclosure of all fees and charges from the credit provider prior to accepting any loan offer.

  6. Commissions and Referral Fees
    Snowy River Caravans may receive a referral commission from the credit provider or broker if your loan is settled. This commission does not increase the amount you pay. You may request details of this commission from the finance provider.
  7. Digital Communications
    By submitting an enquiry, you consent to receiving follow-up contact via phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of:
    • Providing a quote
    • Completing your application
    • Sending related product offers (if opted-in)

    You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  8. Accuracy of Information
    You must ensure that all information provided is truthful, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information may delay your application or result in refusal of finance.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, Snowy River Caravans disclaims all liability for:
    • Errors or omissions in finance content
    • Delays in processing your enquiry
    • Financial loss resulting from decisions made based on our advertising or information
  10. Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in the Victorian courts.
  11. Amendments
    We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Updated Terms will be available on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Hybrid Range Purchase Terms and Conditions

  1. The Snowy River Hybrid Range is now available for viewing and purchase at all authorised Snowy River Caravans dealerships across Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Customers purchasing a new Hybrid model can expect delivery within four (4) weeks from the date of confirmed purchase and deposit payment. This is an estimated timeframe.
  3. While Snowy River Caravans and its dealership network will make every reasonable effort to meet the four-week delivery window, delays may occur due to:
    • Supply chain or manufacturing disruptions
    • Transport and logistics delays
    • Custom build specifications or upgrades
    • Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
    Snowy River Caravans and its authorised dealerships shall not be held liable for any delay outside their control.
  4. General:
    • All standard Snowy River Caravans purchase terms and warranty conditions apply.
    • Snowy River Caravans reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Snowy River Clearance Centre Traralgon – Grand Opening – Eligible Purchase

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, including the Schedule, apply to the Snowy River Clearance Centre Traralgon – Grand Opening – Eligible Purchase (the Promotion) run by the Promoter described in the Promotion Details (the Promoter). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Periods The Promotion begins at 8:00am on 1 July 2026 and ends at 10:00am on 18 July 2026 (inclusive).
Eligible Customer The customer must be a resident of Australia and aged 18 years or older and not otherwise ineligible or excluded under these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Purchase Either:
  1. Signed contract of sale with the required deposit paid for any new Snowy River branded caravan. Caravans on consignment, accessories, parts, and any other goods or services are not eligible for entry into the Promotion; or
  2. A confirmed booking for a caravan service made during the Promotional Period, and the service itself may take place after the Promotional Period.

How to enter Eligible Customers who complete an Eligible Purchase at the Participating Dealership during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
Prize A diesel heater model: AU Focus AF-2KW-MZ, valued at $1,980 (including installation), to be fitted to the Eligible Customer’s caravan by the Participating Dealership.
Winner Selection Method The prize winner will be determined randomly so that each entry has a fair and equal chance of being drawn.

Where a winner does not claim the Prize within the one (1) month the Prize will be foregone.
Winner Publication Details The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published at https://snowyrivertraralgon.com.au/ within 7 days of the relevant Draw Date and Time or Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Time, for a period of 30 days.

Special Conditions
  1. The Participating Dealership will determine in its discretion if the Prize is able to be installed on the winner’s caravan.
  2. If the Prize is unable to be installed on the winner’s caravan, a $1,980 Snowy River Traralgon voucher will be issued instead. This voucher can only be redeemed at the Snowy River Traralgon dealership, and can be used for purchase of goods or services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    1. These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the participation in the Promotion, promoted by the Promoter. By participating in this Promotion, individuals are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Any defined terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning provided in these Terms and Conditions, including in the Promotion Details section.
  2. Promotional Period
    1. Entries into the Promotion will only be open during the Promotional Period.
  3. Eligible Customers
    1. The Promotion is only open to Eligible Customers.
    2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its holding company or subsidiaries, and those of the agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter this Promotion. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family means any of the following, spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the customer is an Eligible Customer or the entry is an eligible entry.  An individual can only participate in this Promotion in their own name. Information regarding the collection of personal information and details of the Promoter’s privacy policies are outlined in section 7 below.
    4. Should an Eligible Customer’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
  4. How to enter and entry procedures
    1. Eligible Customers must complete an Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Customers (including an individual’s identity, age, contact details and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    3. If there is a dispute as to the identity of any person that wishes to participate in the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of such a person.
  5. Draw and Winner Notification
    1. Winner/s will be selected in accordance with the Winner Selection Method. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible Customer is drawn.
    2. There is no a requirement for an Eligible Customer to be present at the draw to be eligible to win a Prize.
    3. The winner/s will be notified according to the Winner Notification.
    4. The Promoter will publish the winner/s details according to the Winner Publication Details.
    5. If for any reason, a winner does not arrange with the Promoter (or its agencies) for the receipt of their Prize (or any element of their Prize) according to the Prize Claim Process, then their Prize will be deemed unclaimed. For any unclaimed Prize/s, a redraw may take place at the Draw Address, on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Time, subject to any legislative restrictions or directions from a relevant regulatory authority. Any winner will be notified according to the Winner Notification. The Promoter will publish the winner/s details according to the Winner Publication Details.
  6. The Prize
    1. The Prize, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
    2. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with an alternate offer to the equal value and/or similar specification (which, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, is also a Prize), subject to any legislative restrictions or directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
    3. Each Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Prize service providers, including those specified with or on the Prize and any Special Conditions set out in the Promotion Details. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any Prize are not included. If a Prize is a gift card or a voucher, any unused balance of the gift card or voucher will not be awarded as cash.
  7. Privacy
    1. The Promoter Personal information collected during this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Promoter and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  8. General Terms
    1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
    2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the Prize.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event, that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a Prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant.     4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or under any similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
    5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (without limitation) due to:
      1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
      2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
      3. any purchase that is late due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
      4. any variation in the Promotional Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
      5. any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Customer; or
      6. use of or taking of a Promotional Offer.
    6. If the Promotion is conducted via a third-party platform, such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok (“Third-Party Platform”):
      1. the Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by the Third-Party Platform; and

Eligible Customers The entrant must be a resident of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years or older and not otherwise ineligible or excluded under these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter Eligible Customers must, during the Promotion Period:
  1. Visit the Participating Dealership
  2. Check in with a Snowy River Caravans Sales Representative during the visit.
Scan the QR code and complete the Entry of Interest (EOI) form.
Prize There are twenty-eight (28) Prizes available.

Each Prize consists of (2) general admission tickets, to the PBR Australia Monster Energy Tour Melbourne Invitational at John Cain Arena, Melbourne, on Saturday, 15 August 2026 at 7PM AEST.

The 28 Prizes will be equally split between each Participating Dealership, meaning Prizes allocated to each Participating Dealership.

The recommended retail value of each Prize is AUD $150, with a total Prize pool value of AUD $3,750.

The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, parking, meals, transfers, insurance or any other expenses associated with attending the event. All additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser, ticketing provider and venue.
Winner Selection Method The prize winner will be determined randomly so that each entry has a fair and equal chance of being drawn.

Winner Notification Winners will be notified via phone call and email on Monday 10th August 2026.
Prize Claim Process Winners have forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Winner Notification is sent to claim the Prize by:
  1. Providing their full name, email address and telephone number;
  2. Providing any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age and Victorian residency; and
  3. Confirming that they and their nominated guest are able to attend the event on Saturday, 15 August 2026.
Where a winner does not claim the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and may be awarded to the next in the draw.
Winner Publication Details The first initial and surname of each verified winner may be published on the dealerships’ Snowy River Caravans website and official Facebook and Instagram channels within seven (7) days after the winners have been verified.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Time If required, an unclaimed Prize selection will take place on Thursday 13 August 2026 at 15:00pm AEST.
Any replacement winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification process and must claim the Prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
Special Conditions Prize Requirements. A winner must complete all these steps:

  1. Respond to the Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours;
  2. Provide all information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify the winner’s identity, age andcontact details
  3. Confirm that the winner and their nominated guest are able to attend the event on Saturday, 15 August 2026; and
  4. Comply with all ticketing, venue and event entry requirements.

If for any reason a winner does not complete these steps within the Prize Claim Process timeframe, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and may be awarded to the next person in the draw.

Tickets may be issued electronically to the email address nominated by the winner or by another method determined by the Promoter.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that all contact details provided to the Promoter are current complete and correct.If the event is postponed, the Prize will remain valid for the rescheduled event where permitted by the event organiser. If the event is cancelled and replacement tickets or a suitable alternative cannot reasonably be provided, the Promoter may substitute the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    1. These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the participation in the Promotion, promoted by the Promoter. By participating in this Promotion, individuals are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Any defined terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning provided in these Terms and Conditions, including in the Promotion Details section.
  2. Promotional Period
    1. Entries into the Promotion will only be open during the Promotional Period.
  3. Eligible Entrants
    1. The Promotion is only open to Eligible Customers.
    2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its subsidiaries, and those of the agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter this Promotion. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the customer is an Eligible Customer or the purchase is an Eligible Purchase. An individual can only participate in this Promotion in their own name. Information regarding the collection of personal information and details of the Promoter’s privacy policies are outlined in section 7 below.
    4. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
  4.  How to enter and entry procedures
    1. Eligible Customers must complete an Eligible Purchase during the Promotional Period.
    2. For the purpose of determining the relevant draw, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s competition database and not at the time of completion of the Eligible Purchase by the Eligible Entrant.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an individual’s identity, age, contact details and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
    4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of any person that wishes to participate in the Promotion, the
      Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of such a person.
  5. Draw and Winner Notification
    1. Winner/s will be selected in accordance with the Winner Selection Method. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
    2. There is no requirement for an Eligible Entrant to be present at the draw to be eligible to win a Prize.
    3. The winner/s will be notified according to the Winner Notification details in the Promotion Details.
    4. The Promoter will publish the winner/s details according to the Winner Publication Details.
    5. If for any reason, a winner does not arrange with the Promoter (or its agencies) for the receipt of their Prize (or any element of their Prize) according to the Prize Claim Process, then their Prize will be deemed unclaimed. For any unclaimed Prize/s, a redraw may take place at the Draw Address, on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Time, subject to any legislative restrictions or directions from a relevant regulatory authority. Any winner will be notified according to the Winner Notification. The Promoter will publish the winner/s details according to the Winner Publication Details.
  6. The Prize
    1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for another prize including cash
      unless otherwise determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
    2. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to
      substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with an alternate offer to the equal value and/or similar
      specification, subject to any legislative restrictions or directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
    3. Each Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Prize service providers, including those
      specified with or on the Prize and any Special Conditions set out in the Promotion Details. Any ancillary
      costs associated with redeeming any Prize are not included.
  7. Privacy
    1. Personal information collected during this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy
      Policy of the Promoter and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  8. General Terms
    1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason
      of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
      technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion
      cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or
      modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
    2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own
      independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the
      Prize.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a Prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
    4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or under any similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
    5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with the Promotion, including (without limitation) due to:
      1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
      2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
      3. any purchase that is late due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
      4. any variation in the Promotional Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
      5. any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant; or
      6. use of or taking of a Promotional Offer.
    6. If the Promotion is conducted via a third-party platform, such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok (Third-Party Platform): (a) the Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by the Third-Party Platform; and (b) to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Third-Party Platform is not responsible or liable for the administration, conduct or any other aspect of the Promotion.

      These Terms and Conditions must be read and construed according to the law of Victoria, Australia. All
      parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
